Bacon Macaroni and Cheese

Who would have ever thought that macaroni and cheese plus bacon would have worked together? Certainly not me but I'm willing to try anything once. Here's my attempt (and success!) of bacon mac n' cheese.
Boil macaroni noodles until al dente. I liked the textured ones.


Fry up some bacon and chop up. It doesn't have to be pretty.


Cube up some cheese. The more, the merrier.


Half a cup of milk and two teaspoons of mustard. This will go into the cheese sauce.


Mix the milk, mustard, cheese, salt and pepper until melted.


Add in some of the chopped bacon.


Now, add the macaroni and mix, mix, mix!


Pour the mixture into the pan and add some of the leftover cubed cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese.


Bake until golden brown and serve.
