Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Shells

Saute some fresh spinach in butter or EVOO until welted (sp)


Ricotta and Italian cheeses will be mixed with the spinach


Mix the cheeses together and add a little pepper to it


Mix in the spinach; add more cheese and spinach if necessary


Stuff the cooked shells with the cheese mixture.


Once stuffed, lay shells into a crockpot lined with foil for easy removal


Play around with an arrangement that works for you


Cover with cheese (Italian)


Mix up the sauce. Ground beef, spaghetti sauce, onions and green peppers


Top the shells with sauce, cover and cook on low for 4 hours
