Saute some fresh spinach in butter or EVOO until welted (sp) |
Ricotta and Italian cheeses will be mixed with the spinach |
Mix the cheeses together and add a little pepper to it |
Mix in the spinach; add more cheese and spinach if necessary |
Stuff the cooked shells with the cheese mixture. |
Once stuffed, lay shells into a crockpot lined with foil for easy removal |
Play around with an arrangement that works for you |
Cover with cheese (Italian) |
Mix up the sauce. Ground beef, spaghetti sauce, onions and green peppers |
Top the shells with sauce, cover and cook on low for 4 hours |
