Dave's Famous BBQ Sauce

I had the pleasure of being one of few Twitter/Bloggers to sample my Twitter buddy Dave's famous bbq sauce. I'm not much of a grill master but I can do a little sumptin' sumptin'. I decided to give his sauce a try with some steaks.
It has a bright red color and the smell reminded me of seafood sauce.

Very smooth consistency and the taste! OMG! I couldn't stop dipping my fingers in it.

I lightly brushed some steaks I marinated overnight with the sauce and it let 'rest' before cooking.

I threw the steaks on the griddle with a little butter. you can opt for EVOO

While the steaks cooked, I whipped up some potato salad. Yum!

And what's meat without liquor. The Ciroc paired nicely with the flavors.

Before they were done cooking, I brushed the steaks with more sauce...and dipped my finger again.

And this was the final result: grilled steak, potato salad, slow cooked baked beans and Ciroc.

My dinner companion and I tore the food up!
I would give Dave's sauce two thumbs up, a Z snap and a twirl. It was bomb! There's a serious kick with the spices that hits you after the fact. You don't immediately taste it but once it hits the back of your tongue, you're like "damn!" I sampled some of some leftover fried chicken my son had and it was melt in your mouth good. Good job Dave. I fully endorse this brand.
